The Lochmere neighborhood in Cary, NC added 10 new listing in January of 2014 compared to only 5 last year. More inventory could result in longer list times. However, the good news is that in February of last year there were 9 closed sales and 10 in March, so hopefully the same run up towards the Spring selling season will do a repeat performance.
